おすすめは映画よりドラマです。理由は単純で、映画は1本2時間以上かかりますが、ドラマは30分から1時間で1話が終わる。続けやすい。「あと1話だけ」で習慣になります。隙間時間でも観られます。

Television series can be easier to fit into a routine than films. An episode usually takes about 30–60 minutes, while a film may take two hours. Following a series you enjoy can help you keep watching regularly.

観かたのヒントHow to Watch

対象レベルはバラバラで構いません。わからなくても観て、英語が雑音にならない状態まで脳を慣らす。それが目的です。

英語がきつい	日本語字幕で普通に観る。音だけ英語で流れていればいいBegin with English audio and Japanese subtitles if that helps you follow the story.
少し慣れてきた	英語音声＋英語字幕。音と文字を結びつけるThen try English audio with English subtitles to connect pronunciation and spelling.
余裕がある	英語音声＋字幕なし。気になったフレーズだけ止めてメモするWhen you are ready, watch without subtitles. Pause to note expressions you want to learn.
